Starting from hole-in-the-wall to wholesale and beyond, Pigeon Whole Bakers has been a proud part of Hobart’s community since 2011. We’re a team passionate about our craft, grown from humble beginnings into a small independent business of over 50 employees.

We’re about delivering on a promise – to our community and ourselves – to preserve that special connection we have with each of our products that made us fall in love with baking in the first place. Each loaf, pastry, sandwich and coffee is made with the care and attention our community expects and deserves.
